This Week | Jan 23 – 29

Stonebridge Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Perrysburg, Ohio. Our theology is Evangelical and Reformed. Our government is Presbyterian.

Persecution.  There are many levels of this today. Pastor Dan’s sermon outlines some things that the Apostle Peter wanted his readers to remember when they experienced persecution.

We pray that as we begin 2012 that you will commit yourself to faithful attendance each Sunday.  You will be helped and encouraged, but your coming will also encourage others.  Christian Discipleship is at 9am- there is something for each age group.  And then worship with God’s people at 10:30am.

Men’s discussion/fellowship continue this week at Glenn McIntyre’s home.  The book men are currently discussing is “King’s Cross” by Timothy Keller.  We hope you decide to join us this week. Read Chapter 12.

Women have finished their book study on, The Great Work of the Gospel by John Ensor.  [And the book is getting rave reviews by many of the women...]  Stay tuned for information about planned women’s activities.

Mark your calendars: January 29 will be our Annual Meeting of the Congregation, preceded by a church family potluck mean.  More details to follow.
