Pastor’s family housing update and holiday plans

We are happy to announce that as of January 15, Beth and Stephen and I will change our place of residence to a neighborhood in south Toledo within fifteen minutes of my office and the church facility. We are thankful to member and elder Tom Lueck who has helped us work out many of the details for the house.

We are most thankful for members Bob and Thelma Nutter who have kindly and graciously allowed us to live in their spacious upstairs apartment for the past four months so that we could be together as a family while we searched for other housing. Thanks also to those of you who have prayed for us and provided leads on other homes for us to follow up during our search.

We are planning to drive to NC the day after Christmas to visit our son James and to celebrate Beth’s mom’s 80^th birthday. We plan to return a day or so after the New Year. We will begin the process of moving soon after our return. We look forward to the Stonebridge services on Christmas Eve at 7pm and Christmas Day at 1030am. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.

Sunday School @ 1:15 PM. The adult Sunday school is studying Jonty Rhodes, Covenants Made Simple, with Pastor Taylor. The children's Sunday school is studying with Brian.

Midweek

Men's Bible Study. The men's Bible Study meets at 7 PM on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month at Pastor Taylor’s house. The men will be studying Sinclair Ferguson's The Whole Christ.
Women's Bible Study. The Women's Bible Study meets at 7 PM on the first and third Thursdays of the month at Dorothea's house. The ladies will be studying Christ in the Old Testament.
Prayer Meeting. Wednesdays @ 5:30 PM at Lutheran Church of the Master. We begin with fellowship and a bring-your-own-dinner, followed by our prayer meeting @ 6:15 PM.
